The Fireplace Factory and Chimney Concepts, LLC is offering a Fireplace Fascia Makeover. The makeover includes, but is not limited to masonry, mantel, glass doors, or change-outs. The prize is valued up to $5,000 and includes labor and materials.
The final choices of materials used will be chosen by the winner. An estimate will be given to the winner based upon their material choices which can include new brick, stone or other finishing materials obtainable by The Fire Factory. Glass doors and other fireplace accessories also qualify as a material. Any overages above the $5000 will be the responsibility of the winner. If the winner chooses not to accept the prize, the second place winner will be chosen to receive the prize.
Chimney Concepts LLC will choose a winner based on the fireplace we feel will be improved the most by changing its facade. Aspects we will judge include, fireplace surround, glass door, mantle, and hearth.

The contest photo submission form will be closed August 10th at 12pm, CST and the winner will be notified by email and announced on our Facebook pages.
