“I took a chance being new to this area using Chimney Concepts/ The Fire Factory, and I am happy to say they were amazing! We started out by getting our two-sided fireplace on our recently purchased home cleaned and inspected by Tiernan. Great and friendly employee! The inspection showed major work needed, so went into their impressive Warehouse to talk about options. There we met Bobby who helped us come up with a great plan that we could use the gas line already present. He helped us pick out the best solution for our desires. Bobby came over to home took measurements. He was a pleasure to work with being so knowledgeable and creative, and I might add fun to chat with!! Soon we had installers over to install a beautiful gas fireplace insert on one side and an authentic looking electric fireplace on the other side.
