The Fire Factory was started by Larry Berg, owner of Chimney Concepts, a comprehensive chimney repair and service company located in Port Washington. After years of servicing, installing, and repairing chimneys and other hearth appliances throughout the metro Milwaukee area and the surrounding communities, Larry realized there was a lack of quality hearth appliances and accessories available to his customers, which is why he launched The Fire Factory retail store a little over a decade ago.
Our goal here at The Fire Factory is to offer our customers the best products from the best brands at the best prices. We hope to meld old reliability with new style by keeping our customers informed about current technology and offering the best products on the market.
